Our Team

John Hueber, founder and president is a graduate of the University of Dayton. John's mom was a Realtor, and he was raised in his family's remodeling business based in Hyde Park and Loveland. After working for 9 years for one of Cincinnati most well-known building companies, John founded John Hueber Homes in 1986.

Vice President Andy Hueber, is a graduate of Ohio University. He has worked on new homes and remodeling projects for most of his life in every phase of construction from estimating and supervising to production manager. Andy is a gifted communicator with outstanding abilities as a creative problem solver. Andy is currently active in developing JHH leadership and expertise as a part of the LEED for Homes program.

Project manager Marc Hueber graduated from Ohio University, and was raised in the family business as well. Marc spent several years in Colorado after college, as a full time framer and trim carpenter before returning home to join the company. He is our LEED specialist as well as our renovation expert. He is currently focused on downtown revitalization projects in Over-the-Rhine.

In house Designer, Susan Gates, has been working for John Hueber Homes since 1990. She attended the University of Cincinnati for Interior Design and recently completed the Culinary Arts program at Midwest Culinary Institute (which has given her valuable insight on kitchen design!). Thru-out her career, Susan's interiors have won many prestigious awards. Her expertise in color, kitchen design, lighting, and selection coordination are second to none. She also helps our clients keep an eye on the budget, a critical skill in a successful homebuilding experience.

Superintendent Tim Zitt first worked as a carpenter before becoming a site foreman. He has a 25 years of experience in high end custom homebuilding and loves to run a smooth schedule. Tim is very detail oriented and devoted to follow up.

Estimator Tina Sanning, graduate of Northern Kentucky University, has over 20 years experience custom home estimating. Tina identifies the best sources for the vast array of building products we purchase. She maintains close relationships the many subcontractors and vendors we deal with.

Business and Accounts Manager Sharon Isles, graduate of Miami University, not only handles the accounting and business side of our company, but is also a liaison with all the banks to process all bank draws.

Service Manager Nick Howard is a professional punch-out and service carpenter with a wide variety of skills. As our clients main point of contact once they move into their home, Nick takes his position very seriously with excellent follow up and courtesy towards scheduling and execution of service and warranty work.
