We build in the following communities, and also on privately owned lots. Individual home design is best determined by careful consideration of topography, views, utilities, and legal lot restrictions. Each customer's needs and vision will determine the size and design of the home.
Finding the perfect home site is not an easy task. You will need to consider schools, shopping, taxes, access, utilities, surrounding home values, and many other factors. Topography, in particular, will affect the design, cost, and function of the home.
Using careful and experienced evaluation, we guide our customers through this complex process.
